G. Daniel Evans
G. Daniel (Danny) Evans is a Martindale Hubbell AV-rated attorney with more than 30 years of experience practicing law. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Mr. Evans obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama and his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law in 1975, where he was the Executive Editor of the Law Review and a member of the regional championship Moot Court team. Following law school, he served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alabama. Mr. Evans began private practice in Birmingham in 1978, and in 1992, formed The Evans Law Firm P.C. to continue his civil litigation practice and serve clients from all walks of life.
A member of the Executive Committee for the Alabama Association for Justice, Mr. Evans has tried numerous cases in state and federal trial courts and appellate courts throughout Alabama, and has an impressive track record of success in other states. Mr. Evans has presented numerous oral arguments to the Alabama Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuit, and before the United States Supreme Court. Alexandria Parrish, JD, CPA, MST
Alexandria Parrish received her Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. After graduation, she studied European Economic Integration with American University in Brussels, Belgium and worked for JP Morgan as an intern serving in the global custody department of investment banking.
Following her European studies, Ms. Parrish relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where she traded securities for NationsBank. While in Georgia, she also earned her Master's degree in Taxation.
Later in 1999, Ms. Parrish would receive her CPA designation while working as a tax manager for the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. With Deloitte, she worked in the Comprehensive Tax Services Group specializing in Research and Development tax credits.
After moving to Birmingham, Ms. Parrish acquired Series 7 and 66 security and insurance licenses, and served as the Assistant Vice President of Advanced Sales for Protective Life Insurance Company for four years. At Protective, she worked with life insurance agents across the nation designing tax efficient methods to transfer wealth using life insurance and fixed annuity products.
Ms. Parrish completed her law degree in May 2009 and was admitted to the Alabama Bar on September 25, 2009.
