Biography

Maurine C. Evans is a Martindale Hubbell AV-rated trial attorney in Birmingham, Alabama. Her practice consists of a wide variety of general litigation matters, including business disputes, personal injury, construction matters, and estate litigation to name a few. Maurine is also skilled at handling business planning, consultation, and formation; appellate work; probate matters; the administration of estates; and the drafting of wills and other estate documents. A litigator at heart, Maurine loves her job and is grateful for the opportunity to advocate on behalf of her clients.

Outside of the courtroom, Maurine spends her time chasing her two young daughters and trying to convince them to play tennis with her….
